Grass Fed Organic “Cheaters” Chili


  • 2 lbs. grass fed beef OR organic ground turkey
  • 2 jars Green Mountain Salsa – Medium
  • 1 or two chili peppers (your desired level of heat)
  • “good” salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Vinegar – Malt or apple cider
  • Homemade bone broth or water


  • In a large deep pan, brown out meat
  • Before meat is completely cooked through drain off any excess fat
  • Add two jars of salsa & finely chopped chilies
  • Season with a couple pinches of “good” salt, fresh ground pepper, cayenne to your taste, and several splashes of vinegar
  • Bring all ingredients to simmer and cook “down” for 30-40 minutes

Serve over brown rice or on its own – sprinkle with raw milk cheese or a couple slices of fresh organic avocado.  This will keep for several days and is so quick, easy and delicious!
